e-peas (= Electronic Portable Energy Autonomous Systems) has since its foundation in 2014 had their focus on how the billions -or trillions – of connected nodes can be able to power themselves autonomously, without the need for battery replacement.
This will require low power consumption combined with energy harvesting from available energy sources.
Based in Belgium, e-peas is backed up by a strong portfolio of focused venture partners securing capacity for sustained growth and development of focused low power technologies.
Considering the global focus on connected devices and IoT, we believe that we will see increasing focus on the need for sustainable power supply solutions, utilizing energy harvesting technologies, for eliminating or reducing the need for battery replacement, -all for the benefit of our climate and environment.
